The Right Type of Candidate

We focus on hiring people, not positions. The type of work we do at Broadview is unique. As a product development service provider, our clients come in many shapes and sizes, and hail from a broad range of industries. One day you could be helping an entrepreneur design their wacky new kitchen invention and the next you could be working with a major office furniture manufacturer on a new product launch.

Due to this variable nature of our work, we look for a specific type of person; someone who not only knows how to adapt to change, but thrives on it. We also look for people who understand the importance of customer service and work well with people. If this sounds like you, Broadview might just have the career path you’re looking for.

Be Part of a Growing Creative Team

Creative. Hard working. Friendly. A small group that can brainstorm an effective, high-value design and make a decision for a customer without a lot of big-company red-tape. We are a full service, cutting edge engineering consulting firm, utilizing degreed engineering resources and state-of-the-art CAD, CAE, and rapid prototyping technologies. And, we are growing rapidly.

Because many of our people work off-site at our customer’s location, we make it a priority to get together as a team on a regular basis to share experiences and help each other solve problems. We have a company breakfast every month, host lunch-and-learns and throw parties a couple times a year for our people and their families.

If this sounds like the type of place you’d want to work, we want to talk to you!

Open Positions

We’re always looking for people who enjoy getting their hands into all sorts of different projects in the realm of engineering and/or prototyping, but following are a few specific cogs we know our machine needs right now.

  1. Product Development Engineer with SolidWorks experience. Read more.
  2. Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer with at least 3 years of experience. Manufacturing process certifications such as LEAN and Six Sigma would be a plus.
